One of the biggest challenges Seaman faced owning Rocky Mecca was how she would get "stuck" on the island during rough weather.

The cottage can sleep up to five people, though one of them would have to "brave" the top bunk of a customized three-tier bunk bed, LaBrie said.

Overall the cottage is pretty rustic, and LaBrie said it isn't the most ideal place to stay overnight in the winter.

That said, the sale does come with all the furniture Seaman kept in the cottage, including a rocking chair and the kitchen table.
