A castle in Scotland is up for sale for just £30,000, or roughly $37,000 – but there's a catch.
The property, on a remote Scottish island in the Atlantic, will cost the buyer £12 million, or nearly $15 million, to renovate.
The Brough Lodge Trust, which was formed in the 1990s to preserve the 200-year-old building, has put together a plan to renovate the property and turn it into a luxury retreat with 24 double bedrooms
They say they are looking for a "philanthropic entrepreneur to realize that vision."
The property is set across approximately 40 acres of land.
