A Frontier Airlines passenger pulled down her underwear in the plane's aisle and threatened to kill fellow travelers, an affidavit filed Tuesday says.

60-year-old Dulce Huertas faces charges of simple assault, interference with a flight crew, and indecent exposure, according to a Department of Justice press release.

The affidavit, signed by an FBI special agent, says Huertas had two alcoholic drinks while flying from Orlando to Philadelphia last November.

It added that when the plane was about to land, Huertas stood up and said "I have to pee," before yelling and cursing at a flight attendant who told her to sit down.

Huertas stayed seated until the plane landed but began cursing at other passengers as it taxied to the gate, prompting a flight attendant to call security, the affidavit says.

After the seatbelt sign went off, Huertas pushed her way through to the front of the plane but flight attendants stopped her using the bathroom because they were still opening the main cabin door, per the court filing.

It was at this point, the affidavit says, that Huertas announced "Sorry, everybody," and pulled down her pants and underwear and squatted "as if to urinate in the aisle."

She didn't actually urinate, and pulled her pants back up before cursing at passengers again, the court document adds.

Video shared by local Philadelphia outlet ABC6 appears to show the moment Huertas is said to have pulled down her pants.

The court document then says Huertas tried to deplane and "used her belly to bump" a flight attendant blocking her way, as they were concerned she might open the cabin door and activate an emergency slide.

"Huertas continued to yell, curse, and threaten to kill multiple passengers," the affidavit added.

If found guilty, she faces a maximum sentence of 21 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a $355,000 fine, according to the Justice Department's press release.
