A Greenwich, Connecticut estate formerly owned by Donald and Ivana Trump is back on the market — this time for $29.9 million.

The current owners, former Bear Stearns executive Robert Steinberg and his wife Suzanne, have been trying to sell the Connecticut mansion since 2014, when they first listed it for $54 million.

The couple purchased the home for $15 million in 1998 from Ivana Trump, who received the property during the divorce.

The 11-bed, 18-bath mansion is located at 21 Vista Drive in the Indian Harbor Association, a private community secured by a guard house.

"The pricing has been addressed and the market has improved," listing agent Rob Johnson told Insider. "Hopefully those two things will come together to give us some more positive results."
