91-year-old billionaire Rupert Murdoch is looking to sell two of his midtown Manhattan condos for $78 million, according to real estate listings.

When Murdoch purchased the properties in 2014, he reportedly paid about $57.25 million. If sold for the asking price, Murdoch stands to make just shy of $21 million on the sale.

His net worth is $9.2 billion, according to Bloomberg's billionaire index.

The two properties make up the top four floors of a swanky building, dubbed "One Madison," in Manhattan's Flatiron District.

Just the top three floors, which make up the penthouse, contain nearly 7,000 square feet of space.

The massive triplex has five bedrooms, five and a half baths, a wraparound balcony, and a private elevator, according to the listing.

A separate apartment, disconnected from the triplex penthouse, has an additional 3,300 square feet with three bedrooms. Murdoch's asking $16 million for the standalone condo, and $62 million for the penthouse.

Due to the building's height and location, Murdoch's penthouse condo features vast, panoramic views of Manhattan's iconic skyline: From One World Trade Center in the Financial District to the Empire State Building in Midtown.

Beyond the properties at One Madison, Murdoch owns a variety of homes around the world including a Bel-Air vineyard and a $200 million ranch in Montana.
