  • 3 oz. 100% agave tequila
  • 1 oz. Cointreau
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • Coarse salt, for rim
  • Lime or ginger for garnish

Instructions:

  • Salt the rim of a rocks glass (wet the rim with water or lime juice, the dip evenly onto a plate of coarse salt)
  • Stir together all ingredients in separate glass
  • Pour over ice into rocks glass
  • Garnish with a slice of ginger or lime

New York-based mixologist Max Nussbaum recommends trying a classic mojito, which is traditionally made with white rum — but can be substituted with gin or vodka if you have either on hand. He also recommends squeezing fresh lime juice if you can — it'll make an huge difference.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. rum
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • Club soda
  • Limes
  • Fresh mint leaves and mint sprig for garnish

Instructions:

  • Muddle fresh mint leaves at the bottom of the cocktail shaker (you can use the handle of a wooden spoon if you don't have a muddler)
  • Add all ingredients to shaker and shake vigorously
  • Serve over ice
  • Garnish with lime slice and mint sprig

  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. agave nectar
  • Crushed ice

  • 2 oz. favorite tequila
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. Cointreau
  • 1/2 to 3/4 oz. (adjust for sweetness) jalapeno agave
  • 1 lime

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into shaker tin
  2. Shake vigorously
  3. Pour into glass rimmed with Tajin
  4. Garnish with lime wedge

  • 1/2 oz. agave mixture
  • 2 strawberries (green tops cut off)
  • Garnish with Aleppo pepper/kosher salt rim

Instructions:

  1. Take a lime wedge and coat 1/3 of the rim (about ½ inch deep) of your glass; dip it into your salt/spice rim
  2. Muddle strawberries in your mixing tin, add the rest of your ingredients with ice to the tin

  • 3 drops habanero tincture
  • Garnish with cucumber peel roll-up and mint sprig

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a shaker tin
  2. Fill the shaker tin with ice cubes
  3. Shake well and double strain
  4. Pour over rocks.

  • 2 oz. Corralejo Silver Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 1/2 sliced Serrano pepper
  • 3/4 oz. agave syrup
  • Pineapple soda (to top)
  • Tajín (for rim)

Instructions:

  • Rim your glass with Tajín
  • Add all ingredients except the pepper into a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients
  • Strain into your glass over fresh ice
