She's been selling homes in both towns since 2001.</p><p>Scottsdale now has nearly 15,000 millionaire residents, <a target="_blank" rel=" nofollow" href="https://www.azcentral.com/story/news/local/scottsdale/2024/03/26/scottsdale-second-fastest-growing-millionaire-population-in-america/73096452007/"><u>AZ Central</u></a> reported earlier this year. According to and <a target="_blank" rel=" nofollow" href="https://www.henleyglobal.com/publications/usa-wealth-report-2024"><u>USA Wealth Report by Henley & Partners</u></a>, it's one of the <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/city-metro-population-growth-from-2022-to-2023-florida-2024-3">fastest-growing US cities</a> in terms of affluence.</p><p>Paradise Valley, an area between Scottsdale and Phoenix, is also known as the "<a target="_blank" rel href="https://www.businessinsider.com/paradise-valley-arizona-wealthy-californians-moving-privacy-luxury-lower-taxes-2024-2"><u>Beverley Hills of Arizona</u></a>," the state's richest municipality.</p><p>Shackelton told BI that most of her clients are <a target="_blank" rel href="https://www.businessinsider.com/fortune-100-c-suite-executives-getting-older-trend-study-2023-12"><u>C-suite executives</u></a>, tech entrepreneurs, medical doctors, or <a target="_blank" rel href="https://www.businessinsider.com/fat-fire-early-retirement-usa-thailand-passive-income-dad-hobbies-2024-4"><u>young retirees</u></a>.</p><p class="premium">I recently visited the two wealthy suburbs and learned that the luxury lifestyle goes beyond desert mountain views.
