So, for a recent date night, my husband and I went to Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar.</p><p>The restaurant has about 60 locations across the US, including in cities like Los Angeles, Dallas, <a target="_blank" class href="https://www.businessinsider.com/surprising-things-about-luxury-bus-ride-napaway-dc-to-nashville-2023-4">Nashville,</a> and Atlanta. We went to the location in Providence, Rhode Island, which is attached to the Omni Hotel.</p><p>The original Fleming's opened in California and is now owned by Bloomin' Brands, Inc., which is the parent company of <a target="_blank" class href="https://www.businessinsider.com/review-is-outback-steakhouse-worth-it-for-family-2023-8">Outback Steakhouse</a>, Aussie Grill by Outback, Carrabba's Italian Grill, and Bonefish Grill.</p><p>However, the <a target="_blank" class href="https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/companies/bear-of-the-day-bloomin-brands-inc-blmn/ar-AA1pTZSW?ocid=finance-verthp-feeds">parent company's sales have been rocky</a> since the beginning of 2023, so I was curious to see if the meal would actually match the restaurant's high-end reputation.</p><p>Here's what our <a target="_blank" class href="https://www.businessinsider.com/review-is-ruths-chris-worth-it-for-family-2023-6">steak-house dinner</a> was like. </p>
