The first of 2022's TikTok food trends has arrived.

On paper, this dish seems to be one of the simplest recipes that has gone viral.

The first thing was to preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

I lined the tray with baking parchment, in case the custard mixture sunk through and stuck.Josh Ong/Insider

Next came mixing the yogurt, egg, and honey together.

I then had to make an indent into the bread.
