So how did the idea come? The app was conceptualized by Zarine and Himanshu Kumar. “There have been so many instances where friends or family constantly ask me about where to shop, what's new around and are there more options to choose from etc. We felt there was a need to streamline the fashion marketplace, by providing information (of the brand), pictures (of the store and pieces of garments/apparel available), locations, designers/brands etc. we ensure that our users find every piece of information about what they are looking for. This information helps them to simplify shopping,” added Zarine.

The model is based on hyper-local advertising and also takes into account user preferences - this combination is scalable to quite a large extent.

As India’s retail market is geared to scale up from $650 million to $1 trillion by 2020, the opportunity is great for all types of players in the retail industry,” Zarine told Business Insider on expansion plan.
