<p>The euro is surging.</p>
<p>European Central Bank president Mario Draghi is currently <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/here-comes-the-ecb-2014-12">holding a press conference</a> explaining the ECB's most recent monetary policy decision.</p>
<p>Draghi also announced that the ECB has slashed its growth and inflation expectations and says that "early" in 2015 the ECB will reassess its stimulus plan.</p>
<p>Draghi added that "early" doesn't mean January, and as Business Insider's <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/here-comes-the-ecb-2014-12">Mike Bird reports</a>, it looks like we might have to wait a few months for more easing from the ECB.</p>
<p>The euro was volatile around the ECB's announcement, but has now started surging higher.</p>
