The Cyprus government is supposed to make a statement at 6 AM ET.

Some votes have been scheduled for today, but have been reportedly delayed a bit.

Meanwhile, we know that Cyprus has essentially been stiff-armed by the Russians, which passed on opportunities to make investments in either Cyprus' banks or gas deposits.

In the meantime, there are comments from German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble out about how it's unclear whether there will be a Eurogroup meeting this weekend or not.
