THE CYPRUS FINANCE MINISTER HAS RESIGNED

APJust breaking now: The Finance Minister of Cyprus Michael Sarris has resigned.

This comes in the wake of a very tumultuous bailout for the country, which saw large depositors at two large banks get slammed.

According to Bloomberg, the resignation is the result of an ongoing investigation.

Sarris has not been Finance Minister very long, as the current Cypriot Government has only been in power since early this year.
