To determine the healthiest workplaces in the
To find out where the healthiest people work, a different survey asked employees questions about their lifestyle behaviours, mental well-being, and general health.
The data, which this year included 32,500 employee responses from 112 companies, was collected and analysed with help from the University of Cambridge and RAND Europe.
The overall award for Britain's healthiest company combines scores from both surveys and was given out to three company sizes.
This year's top awards went to Johnson & Johnson, Adidas UK, and Old Mutual, for healthiest large, medium, and small companies, respectively.
"We have a long history of caring for the health and well-being of our workforce and offer a range of programmes, employee benefits, and facilities for our staff in the UK which have a great rate of uptake," Angela Hamlin, HR Director for the pharmaceutical sector at Johnson & Johnson, said in statement.
Adidas UK offers mental health clinics and life coaches to all workers, while Old Mutual has an assistance programme that provides counselling on a range of topics, including relationships and debt.
