Companies like Booz Allen Hamilton, Bank of America, and AT&T don't wait until November 11 every year to show their appreciation for those who have served in the US Armed Forces.

They do it all 365 days a year by hiring and supporting veterans, active members of the military, and their families.

That's why all three earned spots on Victory Media's thirteenth annual Military Friendly® Employers list, which recognizes the 100 US companies that boast the strongest job opportunities, hiring practices, and retention programs for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.

The ranking is based on a survey of more than 100 questions which assess a company's long-term commitment to the recruiting, hiring, and retention of former military personnel, policies for Reserve and Guard members called to active duty, and the presence of special military recruitment and support programs.

To be eligible to participate in the free annual survey, which overseen by an independent advisory board of industry experts and audited by EY, companies had to have a minimum of $100 million in annual revenues.
