The 5-star Mandarin Oriental Hotel in London is on fire

A massive fire has broken out near the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Knightsbridge, London.

Eyewitnesses shared dramatic videos of black smoke billowing out of the five-star luxury hotel. There is no information about any casualties at this point.

Fifteen fire engines are on the scene, and the surrounding roads have been closed. Nobody at the hotel picked up when Business Insider called for comment.

The Mandarin Oriental hotel is known for its ritzy clientele, which have included Morgan Freeman, Lily Allen, and Middle Eastern royalty. It is also home to the restaurants Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Bar Boulud.
