Canada and parts of Europe are bucking a slowdown in global house prices.The Global Property Guide, a database of home prices, said in its first-quarter report that the softening was poised to continue in most places.
Iceland and Ireland led the surge in house prices on the continent amid strong economic growth, while Canada was in a housing boom that some economists have called an outright bubble.
