The 15 best US cities for job-seeking veterans
The good news is, there are places where the numbers are in their favor and landing a job might not be as difficult.
Personal finance site WalletHub.com ranked the 100 most populated US cities according to 18 key metrics falling under two key categories, "economic wellness" and "environment, education and health," to find the best (and worst) places for veterans to start a new career.
Some of the things WalletHub looked at were the percentage of military skill-related jobs, the availability of VA health facilities, the rate of veteran income growth, the veteran unemployment rate, housing affordability, and crime rate in each city.
