The 15 best hotels in the US, according to travelers

No matter if you're going near or far, a good hotel makes all the difference when traveling.

Travel + Leisure just released their annual World's Best Awards 2016, which includes their list of the best city hotels in the continental US. The results of the awards are based on a survey that's been answered by thousands of travelers from around the globe.

Although New York City had the most hotels that made it onto the list (three), the Spectator Hotel in Charleston, South Carolina, took the number one spot.
