The 10 Most Outrageous Holiday Gifts From Hammacher Schlemmer

Hammacher Schlemmer is out with a bunch of luxury toys for the 2013 holiday season, including a $200,000 fire-spewing "Batmobile" replica, a $90,000 submarine that mimics a killer whale, and a $58,000 golf cart hovercraft.

You can check out some of the big-ticket items in person beginning November 21, when the retailer opens its flagship store in Manhattan after a year-long renovation.

In the meantime, we've compiled a list of some of their most outrageous gifts below:

1. The Authentic 1966 Batmobile for $200,000

The road-ready Batmobile is a replica of the car driven in the 1960s television show. Built on a Lincoln Chassis, the cruiser comes with a 430-horsepower, 383 Blueprint Crate engine and a Monster TH350 automatic transmission.

More importantly, it actually spews fire out the back through a rear-facing propane tank. Other accessories include a "Batbeam ray" that extends form the hood, a blinking "Batphone" and a rotating red beacon "to alert citizens while in pursuit of fiendish criminals."

2. The Golf Cart Hovercraft for $58,000

Now everyone can glide over sand traps and water hazards like golf champ Bubba Watson in their own golf cart hovercraft.

The $58,000 golf cart propels up to 45 miles per hour and lifts nine inches off the ground to glide over the course without harming the grass, according to the retailer. The vehicle even meets U.S. Coast Guard standards for reliable hovering over water.

3. The Killer Whale Submarine for $90,000

This submarine made in the likeness of a killer whale can cruise up to 25 miles per hour while submerged or hydroplane up to 50 miles per hour over the surface of the water. It has a 255-horsepower engine that enables the vessel to shoot out of the water like an actual whale.

4. The Genuine PT Boat for $1 million

This is a 67-year-old restored Patrol Torpedo Boat from World War II - one of 12 remaining in the world. The boat comes with deactivated weapons, including machine gun stations and a cannon.

5. The Personal Submarine for $2 million

Like the Killer Whale Submarine, this vessel holds up to two people in the cabin. It provides six hours of underwater exploration up to 1,000 feet below the surface.

6. The Hot Tub Boat for $42,000

This party boat has a hot tub with room for six bathers built into its deck made of African teak. A waterproof stereo system and four ice chests are also on board.

7. The Flying Hovercraft for $190,000

This is a more traditional hovercraft than the golf cart version, able to fly at 70 miles per hour in the air up to 20 feet over land or water.

8. The Pedal Pub for $40,000

An empty wine barrel on the front serves as a keg that feeds to a tap at the bar. There's room for 10 pedalers.

9. The Professional Microbrewery for $45,000

This system "creates a refreshing lager, a spirited Hefe-weizen, or a full-bodied stout by simply entering a recipe via an integrated touch screen computer," according to Hammacher Schlemmer.

10. The Superplexus, $30,000

The Superplexus is a maze of spirals and staircases suspended inside a globe with a marble. Getting the marble from start to finish requires 425 turns of the sphere.
