Indian star cricketer Sachin Tendulkar is planning to own a luxury villa in Kerala.
If reports are to be believed, Sachin has already shortlisted a waterfront villa which is being developed on the bank of a picturesque backwater area in Kochi.
An official at the private developer Prime Meridian informed the media that Tendulkar has already shortlisted a villa in Panangad. “He will be visiting the place to see the 'Blue Waters Villa' on Saturday," the official added.
The official, however, didn’t make any confirmation on if the villa has already been booked by the Rajya Sabha MP.
Facilitated with two swimming pools – one on the rooftop of the apartment and another one, an infinity pool in the waterfront of the project – the villa is equipped with a powerful security system.
Apart from a high-resolution CCTV camera inside the premises, the property is outfitted with video phones, 24 hour manned security and intercom facility to communicate with each villa.
Tendulkar will arrive here on Friday night to attend the final day of three-day summit being organised by International Advertising Association (India chapter) as part of its silver jubilee celebrations.
