Of his portrait sessions, Abosch said, "My process revolves around keeping the person out of their head and trying to manipulate the moment and just removing all the masks that we wear very quickly, but not at the expense of aesthetics — people want to look good." Not all of the women included in the series work at tech companies. Joanna Coles, for example, is the chief content officer at Hearst. "A lot of people are behind the scenes of tech. Coles from Hearst, her job is using technology now to drive their business. Everything is digital now, and she's in charge of that," Abosch said.

"You can't be what you can't see," Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook, said in a statement about Absoch's show. "This exhibit is important for girls and young women so they know Computer Science and STEM is for them. It's exciting to be a part of this effort to share images that will hopefully inspire others to get involved in our industry and bring more gender equality to tech."
