The new OnePlus 3 is easily one of the best Android smartphone you can get right now, and unlike previous OnePlus phones, you don't need an invite to buy it.
The new metal back looks and feels fantastic, and it runs a near-pure version of Android, which is also a huge plus in our book.
It also has some of the highest specs around for smooth and speedy performance, including the latest and greatest Snapdragon 820 and an enormous 6GB of RAM. Some might dislike the fact that it doesn't have expandable storage, but the OnePlus 3 comes only with 64GB of storage, which should be more than enough for most users.
It also has a camera that rivals the Galaxy S7's, which is considered the best smartphone camera ever made so far.
If you don't care about water-resistance like the Galaxy S7 has, and you'd like to save $250 from the usual premium smartphone price tag, the $400 OnePlus 3 is absolutely the smartphone for you, and it's worth every penny.

The Axon 7 is made by ZTE, a relatively unknown Chinese smartphone maker in the US.
Why does it deserve a spot on this list? Because it offers the same, if not better, specs as the top Android players here, and it'll cost under $500. That means if you don't like the Nexus devices, and you don't want to pay top dollar for a Galaxy S7 or HTC 10, the ZTE Axon 7 might just be the phone for you.

The Moto G 4 will be available in three different models, including the regular G4, G4 Plus, and G4 Play.
Each model comes at a different price point, offering you the option of spending as much as you want depending on what feature you want.
There's no pricing or release dates yet for the Moto G4 smartphones, but it'll surely be worth the wait if you're a Moto G fan.

BONUS: Moto Z and Moto Z Force
Lenovo and Motorola announced a the brand new Moto Z and Moto Z Force during Lenovo's event earlier in June.
They're super-thin smartphones that boast great specs and look beautiful. The Z Force has an extra strong screen that Motorola claims is shatter-proof.
The Moto Z phones will also support different modules that can be attached to the back of the phone to give them new and better functionality. For example, you'll be able to attach the speaker module for better sound. There's even a projector module to project videos on a wall!
Unfortunately, the Z Force will be a Verizon exclusive, but the regular Z model will be available in an unlocked option, which should work with most carriers.
The Z Force will be released for Verizon this summer, but there are no details on pricing or availability for the regular Z yet.
