Any remaining change will be loaded into their Amazon Pay wallet.
To ensure a smooth process, Amazon has set a maximum limit of Rs. 50,000 per month that customers can deposit, which includes notes of the Rs. 2,000 denomination. This initiative aims to provide convenience and flexibility to customers who are seeking to convert their Rs. 2,000 notes into a digital form.
Here’s how to exchange Rs. 2,000 note using the Amazon Pay wallet.
- Customers are required to initiate the video KYC process on the Amazon app.
- After successfully completing the KYC, customers can proceed to place a cash on delivery order.
- During the delivery, customers can provide the cash payment to the delivery agent.
- The delivery agent will promptly update the customer's Amazon Pay balance with the remaining amount.
