Xiaomi Pad 6, Redmi Buds 4 Active launched in India – price, specifications and more

Xiaomi has announced the launch of two new products – the Xiaomi Pad 6 and the Redmi Buds 4 Active – in India. Both the devices will go on sale in the country later this month.

The Xiaomi Pad 6 is the successor of the Xiaomi Pad 5 that was launched in India in 2022. It comes with several upgrades over its predecessor, including a better display and more powerful processor.

Xiaomi Pad 6 price and availability

The Xiaomi Pad 6 has been priced at ₹26,999 for the 6GB + 128GB variant and ₹28,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant. The device will be available from Amazon India, Xiaomi Online Store and the company’s authorised retail stores across the country from June 21.

The magnetic keyboard is priced at ₹4,999 and the Xiaomi Smart Pen 2nd gen is priced at ₹5,999. You can also purchase the regular cover for ₹1,499.

Xiaomi Pad 6 specifications

The Xiaomi Pad 6 runs on Android 13 out of the box with MIUI 14 for tablets on top. It features a 11-inch 2.8K IPS LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

The tablet is equipped with the Snapdragon 870 chipset and comes in two variants – 6GB RAM with 128GB of internal storage and 8GB RAM with 256GB of internal storage.

The tablet features a 13MP primary camera at the back and comes with an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calling.

The Xiaomi Pad 6 is powered by an 8,840mAh battery and offers 33W charging.

The device supports a magnetic keyboard and a smart pen, which needs to be purchased separately.

Redmi Buds 4 Active price and availability

The Redmi Buds 4 Active has been priced at ₹1,399. As an introductory offer, it will be available for ₹1,199 between June 20 and June 23. It can be purchased from Amazon India, Xiaomi Online Store and the company’s authorised retail stores across the country.

The Redmi Buds 4 Active is an affordable offering from the company that comes with Google Fast Pair support, touch controls and a low-latency mode for gaming.

The Redmi Buds 4 Active is equipped with 12mm dynamic drivers and comes with Bluetooth 5.3 support. It is splash resistant and comes with IPX4 rating.

It offers 5 hours of battery life on a single charge and the case offers 30 hours of backup. A 10-minute charge offers 90 minutes of music playback, as per the company.
