The monitor comes with a lightweight design, weighing just 6.8 kg with the stand. It can be carried around easily, something that a lot of professional gamers would like.

It comes with an all-black plastic design and a large base. It offers height adjustment and also allows you to change the angle as per your preference. We found it easy to adjust the monitor to our requirements. This comes in handy when people of different heights use the monitor.

The monitor comes with two cable bungees that help you to manage your keyboard, mouse and other cables.

Display and performance

Coming to the display, the ViewSonic XG2431 features a 24-inch IPS panel with a 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It offers a refresh rate of 240 Hz, 350 nits of brightness and a response time of 1ms.

The monitor has received a Blur Buster 2.0 certification – a validation for motion blur reduction. It comes with presets from Blur Busters that help in reduction of motion blur while gaming. We played several fast-paced games on the monitor, including Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Valorant and PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds.

The gameplay was smooth and there was no motion blur or tearing. The high refresh rate and adaptive sync ensure that you have an excellent gaming experience.

It would have been great to have a higher resolution panel but the XG2431 manages to churn out decent visuals with accurate colours while gaming.

The monitor comes with several presets and also allows you to use the ViewSonic Strobe Utility to enable Custom PureXP mode, offering you better customization.

If you are a serious gamer, the XG2431 is a good option, thanks to its 240Hz refresh rate, low input lag, reduced motion blur and portability.
