Twitter is intermittently down for thousands of users Tuesday morning in the United States in Europe.

Thousands of users reported issues with accessing the website and refreshing their feeds, according to outage tracker Down Detector. The website shows major clusters of outages along the US East Coast, and in the United Kingdom and France. Around 10:15 am ET, some users based in New York reported the service coming back online.

Twitter was not immediately available for comment.

Ironically, the place where people have frequently posted about outages on social platforms, like Instagram and TikTok, is Twitter itself.
