Radio Flyer is recalling the Tesla Cyberquad for Kids, a small ATV it built for Tesla.

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) determined that the kiddie Cyberquad doesn't comply with federal standards for youth ATVs, including rules governing suspension, tire pressure, age recommendations, and other safety measures.

The toy was designed to look like the Cyberquad, an electric ATV (for adults) that Tesla revealed alongside its Cybertruck pickup truck in 2019, but was built by Radio Flyer (of little-red-wagon fame). Neither the Cybertruck nor the Cyberquad are available to buy yet. According to Radio Flyer, Tesla played a part in the Cyberquad for Kids' overall appearance.

Radio Flyer said it takes "the safety of children very seriously" and is voluntarily recalling the toys.

The $1,900 Cyberquad for Kids popped up on Tesla's online store in time for the 2021 holiday season and quickly sold out. It advertised a 10-mph top speed and a 15-mile range.

The CPSC urges owners to stop using their Cyberquads immediately and apply for a refund from Radio Flyer. It isn't aware of any serious Cyberquad-related injuries, but said that one 36-year-old woman fell off while riding with a child and got a bruised shoulder. Around 5,000 vehicles are included in the voluntary recall, the agency said.

Radio Flyer also sells a Tesla Model S and Model Y for kids.
