The highly-anticipated new installment of the "Matrix" movie franchise features a signature San Francisco sight - and icon of the tech world: Salesforce Tower.
As pointed out by journalist Ryan Mac on Twitter, the movie's new teaser trailer shows the towering structure, as well as other San Francisco landmarks like the Transamerica Pyramid, the Golden Gate Bridge, the Bay Bridge, and the green Columbus Tower - or Sentinel Building - in the city's North Beach neighborhood.
The headquarters of the cloud computing giant opened in 2018 and stands tall at over 1,000 feet, or 61 stories, in the downtown sector. It beat out San Francisco's beloved Transamerica Pyramid as the tallest building in the city.

San Francisco residents posted videos of actor Keanu Reeves and other crew members filming the movie in early 2020. One particular video showed two figures, tethered to safety cables, leaping off a skyscraper.

The movie trailer shows characters Neo and Trinity hand-in-hand leaping from a high-rise building with Salesforce Tower in view.
This is only San Francisco's latest cameo in a big box office movie. The bay city starred in Marvel's hit "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings," with the Fairmont Hotel and the city's Muni bus system featured in an action-packed scene at the beginning of the film.
"The Matrix 4: Resurrections" opens in theaters on December 22.
