OnePlus 11 Concept video reveals a large camera and a rear panel that lights up

While the OnePlus 11 is already official and available for purchase, the company is preparing to introduce a new concept device on February 27th at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2023 in Barcelona. The first teaser image for the upcoming OnePlus 11 Concept has been released On its official community forum. It depicts a phone with a larger camera than the standard OnePlus 11 and a back panel that appears to light up.

Although the teaser images intentionally conceal certain aspects of the product, we can still observe a blue, illuminated line flowing across the back of the phone. OnePlus has stated that this feature is meant to imitate blood vessels and has dubbed the design the ‘Flowing Back.’

Uni-body design with a large camera

OnePlus 11 Concept appears to be the company's first device that utilizes external LED lighting, which appears to be inspired by the Nothing Phone 1's illuminated, transparent back. It also takes cues from the OnePlus 8T concept, which featured a color-shifting back panel.

The illuminated strip begins at the bottom of the phone’s rear and ascends toward the camera, encircling it to the rear shooter. Although it appears that the camera on this device is more substantial than what we have seen on the OnePlus 11.

Additionally, a few other elements on the camera module have uncertain functions. Like the OnePlus 11, the camera cutout is circular, however, it seems to occupy even more space on the back of the phone, similar to the design of the Vivo X90 Pro series.

The OnePlus 11 Concept is set to be the company’s highlight at Mobile World Congress 2023. The event is scheduled to begin on 27 February and will last till 2 March 2023.

The pressing question is whether the OnePlus 11 Concept will be available for purchase, but we believe this is unlikely. Earlier, previous OnePlus Concept devices were not available for purchase anywhere worldwide. We anticipate a similar outcome with this device; nevertheless, it may provide insight into what we can expect from forthcoming OnePlus devices.
