Microsoft released Dynamics 365 Copilot on Monday, an AI-powered tool designed to manage diverse business tasks. According to the company, Dynamics 365 Copilot leverages the latest advancements in generative AI to automate these tasks, freeing up the workforce's full potential for creativity.

In a blog post, Emily He, Corporate VP of Business Applications Marketing at Microsoft, clarified that Copilot integrates next-generation AI capabilities and natural language processing into Dynamics 365, collaborating with business professionals to expedite the creation of ideas and content, accomplish time-intensive duties, and obtain insights and recommended actions by merely explaining what is required.

Microsoft claims that Dynamics 365 Copilot can assist with composing email replies to customers, generating responses to email and chat queries, and drafting email summaries of Teams meetings in Outlook. Additionally, the tool facilitates the creation of online product listings and notifies users of supply chain issues, such as adverse weather conditions.

These functionalities are available in preview mode in Dynamics 365 applications and Microsoft Viva Sales.
