HP recently launched the Envy x360 14, the company’s latest convertible offering in India as part of the company’s Envy lineup. The device is aimed at professionals and comes in a compact form factor.

The HP Envy x360 14 features a compact design and comes with a touch-enabled display. The convertible laptop is a good option for those looking for a laptop either for work or media consumption.

I have been using the HP Envy x360 14 laptop with Intel Core Ultra 5 125U chipset for a few days now, and here is my detailed review of the latest lightweight laptop from HP.

The HP Envy 14 is priced starting at ₹1,07,999. The device is available from Amazon India, HP online store and authorised retail stores across the country. The device comes in a single Atmospheric Blue colour option.

The HP Envy x360 14 is a lightweight laptop that comes with a compact form factor. The device features a minimalistic design while offering a convertible mode. You can switch between a laptop and a tablet.

At the back, the device comes with a matte finish and features the company’s logo. Due to its finish, the laptop does attract fingerprints but they can be easily cleaned with a cloth.

Thanks to the sleek design, the laptop weighs just 1.4 kg, allowing you to easily carry it around with you.

There are ample vents at the bottom of the device to dissipate the heat.

Coming to the keyboard, the device comes with a chiclet keyboard that offers decent travel time and is good for typing. It comes with a backlit keyboard that allows you to easily use the device even when it is dark.

Coming to the display, the laptop comes with a 14-inch 2.8K OLED multi-touch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 0.2 ms response time and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The panel has a resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels.

The display features edge-to-edge glass and offers a 100% DCI-P3 Colour Gamut. It offers a peak brightness of up to 500 nits, which allows you to easily use it even if you are outdoors.

The laptop is great for both content creators and consumption. The ability to convert the laptop, along with its high resolution, refresh rate and HDR support make it a good option for watching movies and shows.

HP Envy x360 14 performance

The laptop from HP is equipped with the Intel Core Ultra 5 125U processor coupled with 16GB LPPDR5 6400 MHz RAM and 512GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD. It comes with Intel Integrated graphics.

While it is able to handle multi-tasking with ease, you will not be able to run intensive games on the device as it lacks a dedicated graphics card.

The laptop is equipped with a 59 Whr battery and offers a decent battery life considering that the battery capacity has been kept low to keep it thin. If you plan on using the device on the go, you need to keep in mind that the device offers a battery life of around 6 hours.
