While taking a screenshot on the mobile phone is easy, doing the same on a Windows OS computer is also simple, but at times feels tricky. If you want to save screenshots for future use or share information on your screen with your friends or colleagues, knowing how to capture it saves time and effort.

The process of taking screenshots can help you save evidence that may be deleted later by an aggressor. For example- if you are a victim of cyberbullying, you can capture the screenshot of the evidence and report the aggressor before they delete the evidence.
