If you've ever wanted to share a YouTube playlist with a friend, you may have realized that there is no straightforward, easy way to do it.

You would think clicking the "Share" icon at the bottom of a video within a playlist would work, but it will only take you to the link for that specific video, not the entire playlist.

The work-around to share a playlist you've either curated or added to your YouTube library, however, is simple enough and can be done in just a few steps. Once you know how to share a playlist, you can also easily add friends and family to it as collaborators.

Here's how to do it.
