- Open gmail.com. Login in to your account if you are not already logged in.
- Compose an email and add the recipient’s email address.
- Do not click ‘Send’ but click on the drop down button next to it and select Schedule send.
- A small pop-up will show up that will show you some suggested times which you can choose to schedule the email, else click the ‘Pick date & time’ option to customise it as per your requirement.
- Click on ‘Schedule send’ after selecting the date and time.
- Open the Gmail app on your phone.
- Compose an email and add the recipient’s email address.
- Tap on the three dot menu at the top right of your screen.
- Tap ‘Schedule send’ and you will see some suggestions to schedule the mail.
- If you choose any of the suggestions, it will send the mail at the selected time, else tap on ‘Pick date & time’ to customize the scheduling.
- Select date and time as per your preference and tap on ‘Schedule send’.
- Go to the main page of the Gmail app or browser site.
- Scroll down and tap on the ‘Scheduled’ folder.
- You can view the scheduled emails here.
- To cancel the sending of a scheduled email, click on the desired mail in the ‘Scheduled’ folder.
- Tap on ‘Cancel Send’ and the message will move to the ‘Drafts’ folder.
