Last year, Google Photos announced its Photo Prints service that allows users to print individual photos and collect them from CVS Pharmacy and Walmart. As per a report, Google has gone a step ahead and introduced a ‘monthly photo prints’ subscription. As part of the programme, Google will automatically select photos from your last 30 days of photos and send you ten prints. This service is currently available only to selected users in the US. If you are eligible, you will get a banner at the top on Google Photos website.
Choose from three themes
Each user likely captures hundreds of photos and you may be wondering how Google will select ten photos. Google will allow users to pick one of the three themes and then, Google’s algorithms will pick out the ten best photos for you.
Users will be able to select a theme, and this can be changed before the photos are printed every month.
- Mostly people and pets: Under this theme, Google will select the best photos of people and pets.
- Mostly landscapes: Under this, the best outdoor shots, city shots and scenery pics will be selected.
- A little bit of everything: As part of this theme, users will get a mix of people, photos and landscapes.
