Call of Duty: Warzone is among the most popular battle royale titles available on PC and consoles. Released back in 2020, Warzone has attracted millions of players as it provided fast-paced gameplay. But new rumours suggest that this battle royale title is soon coming to mobile devices.

Earlier, Tom Henderson, a reliable tipster tweeted that the game might come to mobile phones by the end of 2022. Also, last year Activision posted various job openings for a Call of Duty: Warzone for mobile hinting that the company is developing COD: Warzone for mobile.

But the new set of screenshots shared by Indic Gamer gives a glimpse of different maps that might come to the mobile version of Warzone.

As per the leaks, Warzone mobile seems to feature a Verdansk map similar to the PC and console versions.

Currently, Call of Duty: Warzone is limited to PCs and gaming consoles for free.

According to the Call of Duty blog post the codename for Call of Duty: Warzone mobile is Project Aurora. As per the blog, the game is still in the development phase among the small test group. The blog did not reveal any information about the official game title or release date yet, but it is claimed that the COD: Warzone mobile title will be released by the end of 2022.

Currently, Call of Duty Mobile is downloaded over 650+ million times since its 2019 release. The game has emerged as one of the most popular Battle Royale titles alongside Apex Legends Mobile, BGMI, and Fortnite Mobile.
