Employees at other tech companies including Meta, Salesforce, and LinkedIn have criticized Elon Musk's management style since taking over Twitter and told remaining employees to "just quit."

Insider surveyed posts on Blind, the anonymous forum community app where staff can air their grievances and seek advice. Blind users must provide their work email address, job title, and their employer when they sign up so it can "gauge the professional status" of posters, according to its website.

One user, whose profile suggests they work for Meta, wrote a post Tuesday entitled: "Twitter employees should just quit."

"For those that can afford it, and are not on a visa, why not just walk out of the s***show? I'm sure if you were good enough to get into Twitter, you should be able to get a good job in a couple months! Elon is straight up disrespecting y'all and that too publicly on Twitter. He wants y'all to slave like his employees at Tesla/SpaceX, while forgetting how cushy tech really is."

The Meta employee added: "Boss move: block his Twitter account, he'll fire you."

Another user, who works for LinkedIn per their Blind's profile, said Musk is "seriously making a mockery of Twitter."

"Twitter drama never ceases to give. Everyday is a new twist and turn. On the latest episode watch an employee getting fired for a public spat with the CEO. Man sometimes wonder who got the worse deal – people who were let go with severance or the ones who were retained and have to go through this trauma due to this idiot everyday," the user added.

Another user, whose profile indicates they work for Meta, said Tuesday: "Why does he have to do all of this publicly. Go f*** with your employees in private. such a fool." A Salesforce employee quipped: "Gotta buy them a horse first."

The comment appeared to be a reference to an offer Musk made to a flight attendant who accused the billionaire of exposing himself and propositioning her for sex on a private jet, as Insider revealed in May.

Twitter didn't immediately respond to a request for comment by Insider.
