Also, the plans offered by Airtel and ACT Fibernet may vary based on region. JioFiber offers the same plans all over India.

Students

If you are a student and need broadband internet at home for attending and streaming classes, you can go with plans that offer 500GB-1,000GB data per month.

If affordability is important, then Airtel and ACT Fibernet both offer plans starting at ₹500 per month.

Working from home

If you are working from home, you will want to invest in a broadband plan with decent internet speeds and data allowance. Since both JioFiber and Airtel offer more than 3,000GB data per month across all their plans, you can consider their plans starting at ₹700 per month.

Alternatively, ACT Fibernet’s ₹700 plan is also worth considering even though the limit is 1,000GB.

Content streaming

If you want to stream content like movies and shows, you will want to invest in plans that offer high speeds as well as adequate data. For this use case, you can consider JioFiber and Airtel’s plans starting at ₹700, but their 150-200Mbps plans are also relatively affordable.

Likewise, ACT Fibernet’s ₹1,075 plan might make more sense since it offers 150Mbps speeds and 2,000GB data.
