Apple Watch Series 7 design
According to a leak from Jon Prosser, the Apple Watch Series 7 could sport a flat-edged chassis this time around, similar to the iPhone 12 series.
Prosser further says that while the overall display could remain more or less the same, Apple could likely make minor improvements by reducing the bezels, even more, allowing it to achieve a higher screen-to-body ratio.
Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman says that Apple is testing a new lamination technique that allows it to bring the display closer to the glass, so the elements will be closer than ever before.
Apple Watch Series 7 features and specifications

The Apple Watch Series 7 is said to come with several new features, including blood glucose monitoring through the skin thanks to the addition of a new sensor. The verdict about this feature’s final availability is still in the air, meaning Apple could end up not adding it in the end.
Gurman also revealed that the Apple Watch Series 7 could bring the ultra-wideband support that we have seen in the AirTag tracker. This will mean that the tracking feature will be expanded to Apple Watch as well.
Lastly, the Apple Watch Series 7 is expected to come with watchOS 8 onboard. Apple announced the new watchOS update at its WWDC conference earlier this year, with a new Mindfulness app, messaging options with support for digital keys and more.
