Apple is all set to host the Far Out event, the company’s annual event where it unveils its premium smartphone line-up. At the event, Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 14 series, Apple Watches and AirPods Pro 2.

Apple is expected to launch four iPhones this year – iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. The company is reportedly ditching the mini device variant for the Max variant. The company is also expected to launch three new Apple Watches – the Watch Series 8, Watch SE and Watch Pro.

Another interesting device expected to be launched at the event is the AirPods Pro 2, which will be the successor of the AirPods Pro introduced in 2019.

A recent report has revealed that Apple will start the production of the new iPhones in India by Diwali 2022.

Apple Far Out event – expected launches
iPhone 14 series
As mentioned earlier, Apple is scheduled to launch for devices – iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Most new features are expected to be reserved for the Pro variants.

Starting with the iPhone 14 Max is expected to replace the mini variant and offer a large display option like the iPhone 14 Pro Max, but with a lower price tag. It is expected to feature a 6.7-inch display.

The Pro devices are expected to get several new features, including a display design that ditches the existing notch for smaller camera cut-outs. The Pro variants are expected to finally offer an always-on display.

The Pro models are also expected to receive an upgrade to the cameras. The smartphones are expected to feature a 48MP primary camera with a larger sensor. On the front, the selfie camera is expected to receive autofocus support.

While the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max are expected to be powered by the existing Apple 15 Bionic chipset, the Pro models are expected to be powered by the new Apple A16 Bionic chipset.
Apple Watch
Apple is expected to launch three watches, the Watch Series 8, Watch SE and Watch Pro. The Watch Pro is expected to be a rugged smartwatch designed for athletes with a large display and a stronger design than the company’s existing offerings.

The new watches are expected to be powered by the new S8 chipset and feature a temperature sensor.
AirPods Pro 2
The Cupertino giant is expected to revamp the AirPods Pro 2 and offer an in-ear wing tip design. It will offer active noise cancellation and support MagSafe wireless charging.
