Good morning and welcome to 10 Things in Tech. If this was forwarded to you, sign up here.

Let's get started.

1. Facebook's Oversight Board issued a scathing criticism of the company. The board upheld the platform's suspension of Donald Trump but asked Facebook to review the decision, saying Facebook "seeks to avoid its responsibilities" by asking the board to resolve the case. More on the board's decision.

2. Two attorneys in Bill and Melinda Gates' divorce also worked on Jeff Bezos' split in 2019. The divorce settlement could be one of the largest ever with Bill Gates' net worth at an estimated $146 billion. Details on the couple's representation.

3. Amazon just signed its first employer client for its medical-care business. Amazon Care is working with Precor, a fitness company recently acquired by Peloton. Here's why that's such a big milestone for the new healthcare upstart.

4. SpaceX's high-flying Starship prototype has finally landed successfully. A previous prototype exploded 10 minutes after landing, after a fire burning around its skirt wouldn't go out. More on the successful landing.

5. Dogecoin is now the fourth-largest cryptocurrency. The meme-inspired currency has increased 14,000% year-to-date, and surged more than 60% on Tuesday - which an analyst said is likely in anticipation of Elon Musk's SNL debut this weekend. More on the rise of dogecoin.

6. Peloton is recalling all of its treadmills after reports of injuries and a death. This is the company's second recall since October. The news comes shortly after a report revealed Peloton fixed a bug that exposed users' data and account information.

7. Walmart is expected to host a competing sale during Amazon Prime Day this summer. Though the date hasn't been announced yet, Walmart has always responded to Amazon's mega-sale with one of equal merit. Your questions, answered.

8. Basecamp's CEO said writing a post banning politics at work "blew things up" among employees. About a third of the company's employees resigned last week after cofounders Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson made sweeping changes to the company's workplace policies. More on the fallout here.

9. Verizon Media staffers are jittery about what's next for Yahoo, AOL, and TechCrunch - and their jobs - under Apollo. Verizon's major selloff has left some staffers worried about cost cuts under their new owner. Current and former employees told us their fears for the future.

10. The Honest Company just went public, raising $413 million in its IPO. Even though Jessica Alba is the face of the company, she's expected to take more of a backseat role after the listing. Still, her stake is likely to be huge - as are investors'. These are the investors set to win big in the IPO.
