1. Today's the day: Apple is holding its first major event of the year. CEO Tim Cook is expected to introduce two iPad Pro models - as well as other updated products. Here's what you might see today (and how to watch).

2. A Tesla crash killed two people in Texas, and authorities are set to demand Tesla hand over data from the car. Tesla CEO Elon Musk said Monday that data logs showed the car was not using Autopilot driver assist at the time of the crash - but a senior officer said police hadn't been given that data yet.

3. Here's how investors can use dirty term sheets to screw over founders. 8. NASA's Perseverance rover took video of the Ingenuity helicopter flying on Mars for the first time. The drone's first flight was "absolutely beautiful" and "flawless," according to its NASA team. Watch the footage here.
