Netscape's billionaire cofounder Jim Clark is selling his Florida mansion for a whopping $137 million

Clark's sprawling family estate is called Il Palmetto, and it's located in Palm Beach, Florida.

The estate was built in the 1930s in the Italian Renaissance style.

Clark bought the property for $11 million in 1999 and spent four years renovating it.

He even added several new rooms. This one, called the "Moroccan Room," is used to entertain guests and has indoor and outdoor seating.

In all, the main house has six bedrooms, two elevators, and a living room with a ceiling 50 feet high.

The estate also has a wine chamber surrounded by limestone columns.

The main mansion covers an expansive 60,350 square feet, while the estate as a whole measures more than 68,000.

Outdoors, the estate has massive gardens.

And it even has a rustic koi pond.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the home also has an underground tunnel that connects to a nearby beach, which lets the owners access the beach without crossing the road.

An additional two-bedroom beach house has an infinity swimming pool.

Back on the main part of the estate, there's a second swimming pool.

Clark also added a two-bedroom boathouse on Lake Worth, bringing the grand bedroom total to 10.

Il Palmetto is just one of the properties Clark has owned — he's been buying and selling several properties over the last 10 years.
