Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is all set to launch its latest flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 14 in India on March 7. The company had launched the device in China in October 2023 and is set to launch the device globally during the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024.This is the first device from the company’s Xiaomi 14 series to launch in India. The smartphone maker had launched only one device in the Xiaomi 13 series – the Xiaomi 13 Pro. Xiaomi is also expected to launch the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, the successor of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra globally on February 25.

Xiaomi has confirmed that the Xiaomi 14 smartphone will be launched in India on March 7. The device should immediately be available for purchase after the launch.

The Xiaomi 14 is a compact smartphone and comes with a 6.36-inch 1.5K 12-bit LTPO OLED display with a 1-120Hz refresh rate.
The Xiaomi 14 is equipped with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and offers up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. While the device was launched in multiple storage variants in China, we expect the Indian options to be slightly limited.
The camera is a of the highlight of Xiaomi 14. It features a triple camera setup at the back consisting of a 50MP primary camera with Light Fusion 900 sensor, dual pixel PDAF, OIS, Leica Summilux lens, a 50MP 15° Leica ultra-wide-angle lens and a 50MP Leica telephoto lens with OIS.
On the front, the device sports a 32MP selfie camera with 4K 60 fps video recording.

The Xiaomi 14 is powered by a 4,610mAh battery with 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging support.
