Realme GT Neo 2
Realme is launching a new smartphone under its GT series. The Realme GT Neo 2 is launching in India on October 13 at 12:30 pm. It’s a mid-range smartphone confirmed to launch with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 5G processor, a 120Hz Samsung E4 AMOLED display, and 65W SuperDart Charge. Realme GT Neo 2 has also been spotted in a lime green colour with a black strap running over the rear panel. The smartphone is expected to launch in more colour options.
Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro
The Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro are the smartphones to look forward to this month. Both the phones are scheduled to launch on October 19, Google confirmed earlier this week. This is the global debut of the Pixel 6 series with no confirmation yet on whether it will come to India. The Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro will debut Google’s custom Tensor chipset that boasts AI and ML capabilities. We’re also expecting to see some major upgrades on the cameras.
Motorola kicked off the month with the launch of the Edge 20 Pro smartphone. It has now teased the launch of another smartphone which is Moto E40. The launch date isn’t announced yet but it’s expected to take place this month. The Moto E40, according to a listing on a Romanian e-commerce site, has a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, Unisoc T700 chipset, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. It will run on Android 11 (Go edition), and feature triple rear cameras with an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
One highly anticipated OnePlus launch this month is the OnePlus 9RT. This smartphone is reportedly launching in India soon. Rumours suggest the OnePlus 9RT will feature the Snapdragon 888 processor, a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary camera, and run on Android 11-based ColorOS 12. It is also expected to feature a 120Hz display and pack a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
Samsung
Samsung is also expected to launch another Galaxy M phone in India this month. It could be the Galaxy M22 and the speculation is based on the phone’s support page going live recently. There’s a German variant of the Galaxy M22 that has a 6.4-inch HD+ Super AMOLED display, 4GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, quad rear cameras with a 48-megapixel primary sensor, and a 13-megapixel selfie camera. It also packs a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. There’s no confirmation but if it’s the same phone then we can expect these specifications on the Galaxy M22.
