How to get a refund for your Nothing phone (1) pre-order

• Nothing has finally launched the phone (1) smartphone in India.
• The company accepted pre-orders for the device in June.
• Users who do not wish to purchase the device can avail a refund.

Carl Pei-led Nothing Technologies finally revealed its much-awaited smartphone, the Nothing phone (1) in India. The company started accepting pre-orders for the device on June 24.

Now that the company has finally launched the device, users who have pre-ordered it can pay the balance amount and order their device. However, not everyone is happy with the price of the device.

The Nothing phone (1) has been launched with an introductory price starting at ₹31,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, going all the way up to ₹37,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage variant.

If you are someone who had pre-ordered the device by paying ₹2,000 and are no longer interested in purchasing it, you can avail a refund.

How to get a refund for the Nothing phone (1) pre-order

Users who have placed a pre-order can purchase the device at the introductory price till July 19. Users who do not place an order by this date will receive an email from Nothing, asking whether they wish to avail a refund.

Users who want a refund will get it in their original mode of payment.

So, if you wish to get a refund, all you have to do is wait. At the moment, Flipkart is not accepting requests for refund and is asking users to wait till July 19.

Customers report issues while trying to order the Nothing phone (1)

A few customers have posted on Twitter that they are not able to see the “Buy Now” button on Flipkart despite pre-ordering the device. A few users have also complained that the White color variant of the device is currently out of stock.
