The Realme X3 and Realme X3 SuperZoom feature a quad camera setup at the back. The only difference between the two camera setups is that the Realme X3 features a 12MP telephoto sensor for 2x optical zoom and the Realme X3 SuperZoom features an 8MP periscope sensor for 5x optical zoom and 60x hybrid zoom.
Additionally, while the Realme X3 SuperZoom features a 32MP Sony IMX616 sensor for the primary selfie camera, the Realme X3 sports a 16MP primary sensor.

Both the Realme X3 and Realme X3 SuperZoom feature a 6.6-inch Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) resolution LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The devices sport a dual punch-hole notch that houses the dual selfie cameras.

The Realme X3 and Realme X3 SuperZoom feature a similar design. The only difference is in terms of the camera module. While the Realme X3 has a circular outline for the primary camera, the Realme X3 SuperZoom sports a rectangular outline.
Apart from this, there are no differences between the two devices in terms of design.
