How to print from Microsoft OneNote and create hard copies of a section, page, or entire notebook
- You can print a page, section, or notebook from Microsoft OneNote on a PC or Mac, though the process is slightly different for each operating system.
- To print from OneNote on a PC, you'll need to access the "Settings and More" menu, while on a Mac, you can print through the "File" menu.
- Because OneNote was designed to serve as a digital notebook, older versions of the software don't allow you to print an entire notebook at once, a limitation you also have on Mac.
OneNote is the perfect way to work on significant school assignments, company projects, or large-scale personal tasks collaboratively.
It allows you to gather all your notes, pictures, audio files, and other media into a single place, and digitally share that notebook with others. But what if this kind of project calls for a hard copy?
While it might seem counterintuitive to print out hard copies of files created using this handy digital note-taking program, paper copies are easier for some people to digest. They are also perfect for showing those outside your group what you've been working on.
If you want to print from OneNote, here's how to do it in a few easy steps.
