How to post a live photo on Instagram as a video upload on iPhone
1. Open your photos app and select the live photo you want to use.
2. Swipe upwards and choose "Save as video."
3. Open the Instagram app.
4. Tap the plus sign in the app's bottom menu.
5. Select the video you saved from your photo library.
